Dismissal Hymns of the Holy Physicians
1st Tone. The citizen of the desert.
Subjecting the knowledge of healing to God, and implementing in their actions, as Christ instructed, the science of love, they gained a hundredfold the wage for their labors, as Physicians being witnesses of miracles to the ailing unto the ages. Glory to Him Who worked wonders for us, glory to Him Who gifted grace, glory to Him Who grants to us, through you, all manner of healing.
Another. 3rd Tone. Divine faith.
O blessed Physicians who were manifested as Saints, you fulfilled the needs and necessities of the ailing in cooperation with Divine Grace, allowing the glory of God to shine forth upon the temporal. Wherefore, ever fervently intercede to Him that we be granted health and joy.
