Vaccination and the Virus of Misinformation

On Thursday 14 May 2020 an Informational Clergy-Laity Synaxis took place at the Holy Metropolis of Nafpaktos and Agiou Vlasiou in view of the opening of the churches for the participation of the faithful in the Holy Mysteries following the closing of the churches to the faithful due to the coronavirus crisis. It took place in the Church of Saint Paraskevi in Nafpaktos and it was presided over by His Eminence Metropolitan Hierotheos of Nafpaktos and Agiou Vlasiou, who recently was the official spokesperson for these issues in the Church of Greece. After the discussion he was asked the following question, which is followed by his response:

What is the relationship between the vaccine and the legendary microchip?

This is another "virus" that has emerged recently, namely the "virus of misinformation".

When we were young we all got vaccinated every year, with great benefit to our health. For drugs and vaccines to be used by the population, they undergo a necessary time-consuming scientific process.

The process of developing a new diagnostic method, a new drug, a new treatment, a new vaccine, is laborious, over the course of many years, and very expensive. It usually goes through the stage of basic research, experimental testing in animals and humans, and then follows the stage of clinical trials. This means continued funding for researchers and research companies, until the product is approved and released on the market by the company that produced it.

Having this in mind, I cannot comprehend how in this process and in the production of millions of vaccines there would be an implantation of a chip and why it would not be possible with other medicines we use as well as vaccines we took and continue to take every year. Such information is conspiratorial in nature, and it is necessary not to act on our own, but to obey the Holy Synod.
